right eye moves when I eat

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had this problem. I am 37 years old and all my life, whenever I move my mouth, especially eat food, my right eye lid moves up and down. People have been noticing it alot lately even though I had this my whole life. My vision is good but I was wondering if I can get this fixed.
