scars and visible blood vessels

i have scars on my eyes due to conjunctivitis(a year ago) .at that time doctor  told me to put acivir ointment it reduced those scars but not completely.now can i put that ointment again? or will those scars disappear with time.

I don't know what acivir ointment is.  Don't use it without calling your ophthalmologist.

i have asked this question twice but could not get answer.i am very  worried how can i get rid of those scars from cnjunctivitis.i live in nepal.here doctor has told me that it's permanent.please answer this time.
