sclera

okay i'm writing about the white part in my eye i have notice that it's turn alittle off brown or yellow. im black and i have dark brown eyes i take vitamins every day , if i open my eye lids the above sclera is white so its like half of my sclera is white and the part that people and i can see its turning off white , can you think of any that can help me turn it back ?

That is due to aging changes in the eye and that in black people the conjunctiva is loaded with pigment cells that clump and form "freckles" on the eye and cause it to darken and yellow. It is normal, more pronounced in some individuals than others. There is no diet or treatment for it. Wearing sun protection and sunglasses will be helpful
