seeing light pupils dilating

hi for the past few months i have had spurts of when i see lights for for about half an hour and its difficult to see even when i wear my glasses, it happened again today and when i looked in the mirror my pupils were getting very large and very small again... should i be concerned? should i see a medical doctor or my eye doctor?

I just looked up some information on ocular migraines and it describes my symptoms . Is it common though, for the pupils to get large and small very frequently while having an ocular migraine?
