"seeing stars" PHOSPHENE

for about 4 years now i have been suffering from "seeing stars" in the backBack pain - low

Visual acuity test, at 1st i didnt know what it was and at the time and still a little now i was very depressed over it
over the years ive been seeing these little flashes of light and at times out of no where (in such cases as sitting down or standing up, sneezing or coughing and being a little tired) i would see a shower of these flashes firing in every direction as tho a boxer might see after taking a blow to the headHead and face reconstruction

i went to all kinds of doctors - had a catscans done, went to several ophtholomologist and they all told me that my eyesAmblyopia

Drug-induced hypertension but notthing worked so as the years went on i came to the conclusion that it was only floaters and flashers that i am suffering from but recently i did a little more reasearch and leaned that i am really suffering from "PHOSPHENE"
i also learned that there are quite a few people that suffer from this as well and im just wondering if anyone can tell me some more info about it
i may go to a neurologist to see if theres any treatment but if someone could let me know more about it or even if someone has questions for me please me
