I have just started a new job working in a office enviroment and i find myself becoming all confused and disorent, which i think is being coured by the lights in the office. Is this normal and is there anything I can do for this as i'm now going home with headachs which last for hours and i fell i just need to get out of there but i do like?

There are many reasons other than office lighting, including noise, lots of movement in your peripheral vision, etc.  Without knowing the actual cause, it is difficult to suggestion ways to reduce the problem.
