some damage?

I injured my eye while playing basketball about two weeks ago. I went to the ophthalmologist's office to see if anything was wrong because i had temporary symptoms of retinal detachment. She ran through the tests including the ultrasound, and found no retinal detachment. Right now, I can see fine but for some reason it just feels like only my left eye is doing the work in seeing things (my unaffected eye), but when I cover the eye and check for my right eye's vision, it's normal, except it gets a bit blurry at times, and randomly it gets a feeling that an eyelash is in there and when I rub my eyes it goes back to normal. It's hard to explain the feeling but it's like when I look at stuff, it just feels like I'm only looking with my left eye, even though both my eyes are working. Could it be fine?

thanks for the response dr. oyakawa. It's just that I never had this feeling before. Especially when I look at the computer screen, it does not feel like both my eyes are looking as if my right eye all of a sudden turns lazy, but actually it's not lazy. Do you think this is fine?

Look at some objects in your house that are different distances from you.  You are using both eyes if you have depth perception.
