squiggly lines in one eye

what does it mean when you have squiggly lines in one eye that lasts for about 5 min. every few weeks ? i do have a filling from a root canal that has come out on that side on the top. can sinus problems also cause this?

1. It means you need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist for an eye exam and its important. Find one at www.aao.org
2. Root canal or sinus will not cause this condition.
