squint surgery

thanks for being given suggestion,
please clear one my doubt in rare case of squint surgery i would like to know
it lead to loose the both eyes vision or one eye vision or damage to vision
please doctor help me,

Such a problem as loss of one or both eyes is extremely rare. The mechanism might be penetration of the globe while sewing the eye muscles back on causing an infection inside the eye (endophthalmitis) or a retinal detachment that could not be fixed. I point out this is possible but I have never heard or read of it happening.

Think of all the terrible things that could happen to you each time you get in your automobile. We read every day about injuries and deaths from auto accidents. But we still drive because we know the risk is very small and can be further reduced by driving carefully. That's the same thing with regard to surgical complications.
