starin in right eye and dryness

Hi,

I am facing dryness in my eyes for nearly a year. Recently, I am getting pain in my right eye with symptoms like burning sensation, watery and itchy. I had consulted  a doctor on this he said me its some kind of infection and  suggested an eye drop, but it was not of any effect. I am still getting strain in my right eye, I use to work on computers for atleast 7-8 hrs in day!

You can use the search feature and archives to read the many detailed discussions of dry eye. Get a second opinion about infection. That usually goes away quickly.
