steroids and glaucoma

Does Symbicort 80/4.5 (budesonide 80 mcg and formoterol fumarate dihydrate 4.5 mcg)  Inhalation Aerosol effect the eyes?  Does it raise the interocular pressure if used with known glaucoma?

Do injected steriods like cortisone cause cataracts?

Yes injected steroids can cause all of those.

Besides increased IOP or cataract, do injected steroids cause any other damage to the inside of the eye, eg, retina, macula or vitreous?  Any damages like spotty vision, reduced vision acuity, blurring vision, inability to maintain focus?

Read the package insert. Any steroid taken any way can cause cataracts or increase IOP. However the risk is quite low with inhalers, much bigger problem with steroid eyedrops or oral steroids.
