strabismus question

hi
im 31 and have had constant strabismus since birth..eye goes towards nose!! i was told i have a paralyzed muscle..if i did would i be able to move the eye..if i focus i can move the bad all in all directions.. im looking into   surgery to straighten it..is it possible

Since each eye has 6 mucles that move it even if one or two are three or four are not working the eye will still move just not in sync with the other eye. Find an Eye MD strabismus specialist. Find one at www.aao.org
