streaks of light after yag procedure

Had cataract surgery 12/2004, YAG procedure 12/12/2008 due to 'secondary cataract'. Vision was great, then had pupil dilated on 01/09/2009 during eye exam by a second doc for cataract consultation. Now, I notice that I see streaks of light at night - from oncoming headlights and street lights. I hadn't had them before - now, I'm concerned that I should not have had my exam so soon after the YAG. Could the dilation have caused some additional problem? Will these streaks remain? From this site, I see that there might be complications from dilation, which I had never heard of before. Will call my doc and try to see him over the next few days, but am worried.

I doubt the dilation caused this problem. Dilation problem are usually in patient who have not had cataract surgery. The dilation was 5 days ago, you could have had problems that night while the pupil was still dilated. However, pupil should have returned to normal by now.
