stuck eyelids

when i go bed at night il close my eyes for a few minutes then i try to open my eyes ,what i mean to say is that i can feel my eyeballs moving around at the time of trying to open my eyes but eyelids wont open for a few seconds sometimes i have to open them myself really scarey .

A common cause is dry eye. Before bed put in some Genteal Gel which is over the counter.
