stye ?

hi i have little white bumps in the coner of my eye right above the eye lash and i have redness in my eyes and and tears fall down and vison in left eye is blurly but only had it 4 two days so far any cure or  what can i do ?

You need to see an ophthalmologist.  You can use warm compresses three to four times per day.  However, the cause has to be determined and it is usually blepharitis with a chronic staph infection and it needs to be properly treated to prevent recurrences.
