subconjunctival hemorrhage

i got subconjunctival hemorrhage about a week ago, it is barely red now and i was wondering if i could where my contacts now?it has been a week or a little over a week

I'm glad that things appear to be improving.  I am not your doctor and cannot give you advice on what to do in your specific case.  The doctor who wrote the contact prescription should be able to give you the go ahead, I am fairly sure.  Generally if eyes are comfortable, feeling fine, little to no redness, then contacts could be ok - but should discontinue if any loss of vision or discomfort.
