I am not a doctor but I doubt if they are related. I have Meniere Disease some 30 yrs ago and other than a slight hearingAge-related hearing loss Audiology Hearing loss Hearing or speech impairment - resources loss in one ear,everything else is fine and touch wood, no vertigo attack since. Don't know what your age is but it seems a lot of people over the age of 50 would start having floaters. It is a nuisance but you just have to learn to live with it. There is not much to worry about unless you start having flashes.
