Hopefully your child saw an Eye MD ophthalmologist and not a non-MD non-physician optometrist. If it was an optom suggest you ask your pediatrician to refer you to an ophthalmologist. No its not likely to be the sunshine. Blurred vision in the morning but not later on suggests a cornea problem like cornea edema or exposure keratitis.
Hope the neuro exam goes well

Good luck. Ask about the two conditions I listed.

Dear Doctor Hagan,
thanks a lot!
Yes it was an ophtalmologist.
The neurologist want me to do a CT Scan. Unfortunately, I read that lots of medical advise is to avoid a CT Scan with toddlers and kids. My kid is fine, very advanced for her age, and besides that problem she is perfect. So I am not sure about the CT Scan. He can do another test to follow her brainfunction, but he was only prepared to do this after this year, so I have decided I am not at all happy with his advise and way of working, so I will try to find an older, more experienced neurologist.
Thanks for your advise, I ll discuss this again with my opthalmologist.
Kind regards,
