tiny glass pieces in the eye

Hi ,My name is sogol, I am from Iran, my brother is 37 years old , today he was working with the drill in order to make a hole in a glass sheet  and then he feels a tiny glass particle get inside his eye , doctor couldnt observe anything in his eye with his opthalmic device, but my brother feels himself that there is a thing in his eye, especially when he looks around he feels a foreign body in his eye  and he is uncomfortable and disturbed ,but he thinks it is very very tiny particle,how can we know exactly if it really exist? does ct scan shows this tiny particle ?what can we do to treat him? please guide us in this situation.

Make sure he saw an ophthalmologist for this.  Using a drill makes it possible that a tiny piece flew at a very high speed and could have penetrated the surface of his eye.  A fine resolution CT scan may show the more common types of glass (they have a metal content that lights up).  Usually, a very careful examination by a good ophthalmologist should catch any foreign bodies lodged in the cornea, sclera or under the eyelids.  In his case, I would still consider getting a CT scan to double check given it was a high velocity injury.
