too many floaters

i'm 19 years old and i have had eye floaters since i was 15 years old.
i noticed a big increase in my eye floaters in recent years and my problem is not just the floaters.
my eyes are very sensitive to light and i have sore eyes often. i have this burning feeling in my eyes all the time and my eyes get red. i went to my eye doctor couple months ago and they said it had nothing to do with my eye floaters and the problem is that i have dry eyes and they suggested i use moistrizing eye drops.
i've been using these eye drops and they are not helpfull at all and sometimes my eye irritation gets worst.
please can someone tell me what the solution is or what is wrong with my eyes?

Floaters are not the cause of your problem.  Get another opinion.  Dry eyes are very uncommon in someone your age.  Are you on any other medications?

sir no i dnt have any other medications. Only this one. Actually im lossing hope again....
