Hi,

For the last year and a few months I have noticed some small white pimple like spots on the inner side though out below of the eyes.

Thy don’t itch though when my eyes are tired or when I wear my lenses when im not wearing my glasses, after awhile my eyes start to itch alit, a lot of irritation around the lower eye lids.

My main problem is also the white small but pimple like spots, what can I do about the and what are thy how did they came about, please if u can help.

Ps I have tried medications like SKIN 2 as well but no change as I have very dark circles and im 29 years old.

The small white pimples around your eyes could be a dermatology problem. If you use too heavy a moisturizing cream, it can cause similar pimple around eyes. Try a lotion for moisturizing......and Not around your eyes. There are special formulated creams for eye areas. General creams are too irritating for the sensitive eye area......

I gather that the small white spots are on the skin of your eyelids.  Have your ophthalmolgist take a look at them.  They could be milia - in which case you would likely need to see a dermatologist to discuss ways of improving them.  Sorry, but there is definintely not a quick easy way to get rid of these spots.
