uneven pupils -- sometimes in the right eye, sometimes in the left?

My daughter is 13 just started wearing contacts a year ago. She has worn glasses since she was five. Lately she has had uneven pupils, sometimes in the right eye, sometime in the left. The pupil that is bigger is very big. She doesn't seem to have any other symptoms. Does any one know what could be the cause?

At her age and given the fact that it shifts from eye to eye, it is probably not a big deal.  Take her to an ophthalmologist though for a full eye exam to be sure.
