unsolved eyelid problem

my eyelid problem has been getting worse and worse for the last couple of years. I've visited many eye doctors but not a single treatment (eyelid cleansing, hot compresses, massages) they have given me has improved my symptoms.
Last summer a test was positive for chalmydia, I took a course of antibiotics and the watery eye symptom dissapeared but not the inflammation. 6 months later a PCR test for chlamydia was negative. I still doubt whether the first test was a false positive or not.
Since my problem is unilateral and started as dry eye related discomfort I firmly believe that my eyelid problem is caused by some kind of bacteria, virus or fungus contracted in hospital during one of the many visits.
Do you thing tests for virus and fungus should be done to discard other causes? Could foreing body sensation and extreme dry eye mainly at night symptoms be caused by the chronic inflammation and possible infection? Im scared that cicatricial lesions might have been developed in my palpebral conjunctiva.
This problem has completely ruined my life.
You can see my album pictures of inner lower and upper eyelid.
Im looking forward to your medical advice on what to do next. Many thanks in advance.

i would suggest you get a referral to a cornea and external disease specialist. Also, you consider getting seen at a Medical school.
