I have a blood clotting disorder called Factor V Leiden. It's pretty common in 10% of caucasian women. That used to happen alot when I was in the shower/would get out of the shower. Turns out I had really really low iron level thanks to a blood clot/heavy loss of blood while I was pregnant. I've had it happen a few times while not pregnant but the doctor said it's because of small blood clots. I would deffinantly get it checked out because it actually caused me to blackout and have breathing problems once.
In all likelihood you just had another migraine equivalent. Nevertheless tell your parents, see an ophthalmologist and your family physician. If you ever consider contraception birth control pills are relatively contraindicated. Tell all physicians you see about your migraine history and NEVER start smoking its an invitation to a stroke.

thank you for the advice and just to let you know im a 16 year old female, my blood pressure and cholestoral are normal, I weigh 110, and I don't know if it relates to anything but I used to have severe migraines.
This will call for a complete evaluation. It may be a general health matter (TIA or transient ischemic attack) related to disease of the heart, brain or blood vessels. This is especially true if you are over 40, smoke, are major overweight, have high blood pressure, high cholesteral, have a family history of stroke or heart or neurological disease.
If it reoccurs or anything new develops go to the emergency room.
Try and get an appointment with an Eye MD ASAP perhaps tomorrow Monday. Start calling today. If possible schedule a visual field exam at the same time.
It could represent a episode of ophthalmic migraine especially if you are young, female, on birth control pills or hormones or have a family history. BUT you cannot assume that until other, more serious things are excluded.
FOLLOW UP ON THIS, THIS IS NEVER NORMAL.
