vision loss

I posted an inquiry before but did not include enough info.
I'm 29, the vision loss only occurs in my left eye, nothing happens to my right and there is no pain.  I'm not prone to headaches either. As I mentioned before, the routine is the same each time it happens, although it doesn't happen each time. I read in bed, turn out the light, get a heavy/thick sensation on the left side of my face and can't see out of my right eye. I also get occasional tingling in my hands and find my limbs fall asleep quite easily.  I've seen ann opthamologis and vascular specialist but they haven't found anything.  I'm scheduled to see my Dr. next week and wondered if there is anything specific I should inquire about.  Thank you very much for your help.
