I have had chronic sinus problems for years and tried just about every thing. I found a cure in nasal lavage (sinus washing)  this can be done with over the counter nasal saline sprays or they make sinus irrigation instruments and Nettio Pots to keep the sinus moist and clean and unplugged. For me truly a miracle. Before I was on Afrin and steroid nasal spays and oral antibiotics each year.

Go to WebMD and read about sinus lavage treatment.

YES YES, on the holistic approach. My sister is a longtime sinusitis sufferer who recommends this to people all the time.

Her case is a little different in that her sinusitis has turned chronic and she is now considering either FESS or balloon sinuplasty.

Not sure on the vision thing but listen to a doc before you listen to me!

Have a great day.

Chronic sinusitis is almost always caused by an underlying problem, and such is a symptom.  Now your eyes are affected too.  I would advise checking your eyes and find out the underlying issue at hand (find a good holistic doctor).

NO your sinus is not likely related to blurred vision. Get in to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist as soon as you can. Find one near you at www.aao.org
