visual disturbance

this has happened only a hand full of times just wondering if somone might be able
to shed light on this. I woke  up from a nap with my vision flickering or strobing flashing whatever you want to call it this only lasted about 15-30 sec tops and and like said has only happened handfull
of times since.been to opt. and opth. and bolth said my eye health was perfect.get headachs time to time but not severe just can last 6-8 hours if at work

As long as it doesn't get worse and no other symptoms appear than I would take the word of the two eye doctors you saw and not worry about it.
