my son have pimples on his eyelids.

Look up milia - that is one possible cause.  They look like very tiny, white pimples and are usually not a problem.  There are of course other possible causes and I really cannot say exactly what he has since I have not seen him.  Please speak with his pediatrician so the problem can be looked at in person.  Good Luck.
