what to select?

hello sir , thanks for your last replly, i am suffering with traumatic rosette catract in my left eye with 14 yrs .i have ask you before also, for what lens i sholud go for , you not reccomend for restore lens ,sir can i ask you why?
then what lens type and of which best lens company i should go for ,please advice me.
i am 25 yrs old boy doing business in that i have stay and work in bright light (jewellery business)
so what lens type i should select which can give me best results. my right eye have perfect vission.
