which is better- Ocusoft lid cleanser or Sterilid

I was wondering if you could help me with the choice. I have some mild case of blepharitis but it is a chronic condition probably giving rise to staph bacteria in the eye. I have very sensitive eyes, cannot use make-up or any comsetics.
Which of these two products would be better for my condition?
I would be grateful to get some advice on this - what I am thinking of is a foam-like lid cleanser helping to get rid of oil residues and dandruff-like flakes on eye margins.

You need to try them. I use Ocusof scrubs and also the foam.
