which lense is better in cataract surgery

Hi,
My husband is going for cataract surgery, he is 30 years old, we are thinking that which lense should prefer, doctor prefer Multifocal, with Acrilic Multi focul, is it safe for future, please let me know we are in confusion, is multifocal success in india.

If I were having cataract surgery I would NOT HAVE A MULTIFOCAL IOL put in my eye. I would opt for a high quality MONOFOCAL aspheric IOL like the Tecnis or Alcon monofocal.

Use the search feature here and look at all the very unhappy patients that had multifocal IOLS put in their eyes.
