white bubble on left eye

i m krishna om shrestha from nepal.i wear glasses ( not contace lenses) . there is a  bubble in white part of my eye. i noticed this last year. i went to my opthalomologist, he told me that its a conjuctival cyst and tolds me to use FLUR(Flurbiprofen sodium opthalmic solution) for 15 days. after using it didnt go.
he told me not to worry
but i m worried whether it will cover my cornea.

help me

conjunctival cysts are common, not serious, come in different sizes, often go away by themselves, sometimes need surgery which is simple to do but often reoccur.
