white bump

Yes, I have a white bump in the corner of my eye by my nose; its been there a while now since its been here. I went to the emergency room  to have it checked an they told me it was from  my sinus acting up that cause the bump to come to a white head. they gave me some medicated eyedrops well the prescriptions for the drops  an told me to use tea bags to make it pop it i guess well it hasn't went away an that was 3 months ago. so i just wanted some info your opinion or some i have no insurance to cover me inorder for me to get seen so any info would thanks.. one more thing say if i got the tea bag is touching the bump an push it one way well say press up against it to hard it irritate my eye like some one sticking their nail in the corner of my eye were the cat nip be in the morning thats were the bump is  some morning it cat nip cole or whatever you want to call it. it be attached to the bump some mornings like slime as if the bump producing the cole just tell me some any open will do thanks...
