white discharge in 3 year olds eyes

my 3 yr old son has a white discharge coming from the corners of both of his eyes he also has a runny nose and foamy diarehhea, i dont know if any of the other has to do with the discharge, but I am concerned and need some help

Please take him to see a pediatrician.  The diarhea (diarrhea) can cause serious dehydration and the runny nose could indicate a possible upper respiratory infection as well.  The white discharge could be a sign of a upper respiratory infection possibly or some other problem.
