white dots in my vision

Hi,

I am checked by eye doctors every 7-8 months. I have weak retina areas in both eyes. But doctors say that no need to do a argon laser to reinforce them. They all told me to come back and seek them every year. I do it every 6 months!  I am nearsighted and with astigmat (-3.00 -1,75), right eye is only -3.00 without astigmat.

My problem is that I have been seeing very tiny small white sparky dots when I look at white, bright areas like sky since 9-10 years. There are  hundereds - thousands of them!.  I can see them when it cloudy, too. on white papers or walls!. They move very rapidly and fast!

I added a photo for it to show you. I found it on internet and it is exactly the same.

I dont see them when it is dark or dimmed places.

I have floaters too but i do know the difference between floaters and these dots.

what do to do ? i am scared a lot and trying to find the reason. Is it retinal dettachment? I am 32 yo male.

Please help :(

floaterp is correct.  At your age a retinal exam every few years is sufficient.  You need to go in if you have the onset of floaters or flashes.

Blue entopic phenomenon.
the circulation of white blood cells in retinal vessels.
it's normal to see them in blue and white backgrounds.
I had it since I was 9 years old.
