white spots in vision

I'm 16 yrs old, and I have really bad
eyesight. Astigmatism is 450 on the left
250 on the right. Recently I've been
Having really bad headaches. Most of the
Time its at the back of my head, at the lower part and
at the temples and going all the way around my eyes.
Then I often see a lot of white spots everywhere except the middle but they go down like shootings stars to the middle.
And then I can't seem to focus on my surroundings, like everything goes darker but only for bits of seconds. The white spots lasted for about 15 mins.
Do I need to go to the doctor? Or should I just not worry? I haven't told my parents yet because I don't think anythings wrong.

You need to see an EyeMD.
