white without pressure in left eye

by rich75, May 29, 2009 08:59PM
Went to retina specialist today and told me that I had white without pressure in my left eye but said everything was normal.  Didn't get a good understanding from him. Is this related to RP anyway?? I know people with RP have bone spicule from what I read. Are the two similar??

WWP is not even remotely related to retinitis pigmentosa. It is essentially a benign condition that just describes the appearance of the peripheral retina when seen through the binocular indirect ophthalmoscope. Don't worry about it.
