why would i loose 50 % of my perpheal vision in less than 7 days

would the emergency room help?  I have lost 50% of my vision in the last 5 days.  it started with my left lower perpheal vision and each morning it creaps higher.  i went to an OD.  he said the pressure is off in both eyes, but not enough to cause blindness. that circle inthe back of the left eye is not defined and alot different than a check up from a year ago, i had a mri on friday and in was all clear.  it is now the weekend  and my vision is getting a lot worse.  what are my options?

The change in vision you describe is concerning. You need to see an ophthalmologist ASAP. Find the nearest one at www.aao.org. Call the ophthalmologist's office and get seen as an EMERGENCY, usually there is someone on call.

I agree. CALL NOW.  Find an Eye MD at www.aao.org. Those are very serious symptoms.
