will dry eyes make the whites of your eyes trn yellow

i have dry eyes my eyes are always red but the whites of my eyes are yellow i had blood work from my doc and everything came back good do you know what would cause this???

I would recommend an examination by an eye MD/ophthalmologist to figure out what is going on.  Neither dry eyes, nor the drops used to treat it should make the whites of your eyes look yellow.  Find a doctor at www.aao.org and put the question to rest.

Im not sure what causes this maybe the drops what you are using or it could be jaundice liver problem get yourself checked out,but for dry eye theres onr thing you cant beet trust me FLAXSEED OIL you get it from health shop,take a teaspoon in morning and teaspoon in evening before bed wow,better than any drops,yep its natural fish omega oil,but it works wonders on the eye after a couple of days
