Introduction

I'll come to questions later.  Going to review this group and discussions.  I just wanted to introduce myself as a SNAC sufferer due to a 30 year old motorbike accident.  As an irresponsible 18 year old, I assumed sprain and didn't go to the doctor.  Well, here I am having done my first semi-surgical treatment (arthroscopic clean up, etc.) and follow up and it does not look good.  

In the early stages, I found that playing guitar was good therapy, however in the last couple of years I have been doing a lot of that and it has gotten very bad.  I am not happy with the early results of arthroscopy as it seems that the general pain has increased to being chronic now.
