9 year old boy

Hi! my son has been getting sick since 3 years of age it started with severe abdominal pains with violent vomiting, he would get high fevers and sick with no explanation, over the years he started getting severe headaches he would past out asleep in the kindergarten play area now he is 9 years old he is always tired and thirsty he wakes at all hours to drink to use the potty he  would wet the bed as a toddler. i would take him to childrens hospital and they say he is ketosis but nothing else. his school nurse requested a diabetes test but the doctor only did a stick test and said it was negative and my son is perfectly healthy and he is trying to get attention but i have a mommy instinct and something is not right then they said it was stomach migrains and that didnt prove anything about what is going on please respond thank you

Difficult to say without examination.

Diabetes is properly diagnosed with a fasting blood test, or a glucose tolerance test.

With the abdominal pains, workup can be started with imaging studies - such as a CT scan or endoscoapy studies.

The headaches can be evaluated by a neurologist, and imaged with a head CT.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician, or discussed with an appropriate consultant.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
