Diagnosis of Possible Aneurysm or other problem

Hi, Ive had a pulsating abdomen since I was 19, Im 24 now. the doctor ruled out an aneurysm when i was 19, but an abdominal scan was not performed. I am terrified of having an aneurysm. Ive recently ( past 1-2 months) have had the following symptoms: I can feel pulsations in my arms and legs, sometimes my neck from time to time throughout the day, I have social anxiety, when i workout at the gym and do abdominal exercises my abs spasm up. Im very thin, 170 lbs and i am 5' 11". I also have vitiligo, however its very light an unnoticeable except on my penis where there is a strip of white. I was using a product called chromelin to cover that area? Is that safe? Can you please post your thoughts. Thanks.

If there is a concern about an abdominal aortic aneurysm, an ultrasound or CT scan can be done to put that concern to rest.  

I am not familiar with chromelin, so I cannot comment on its safety.  Looking at it from Google, this seems to be a cosmetic skin darkener.  You can discuss using this with your personal physician or dermatologist, who can further evaluate the lesion.

Regarding the increased pulsations - a physical exam can be done to evaluate the peripheral vasculature.  If all the tests remain negative, anxiety can lead to some of the symptoms you are describing.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.

Also, I forgot to mention that my dad was recently diagnosed with diabetes at age 54 and my mom has high blood pressure. Also, i have hemmorhoids, but they do not bother me that much.

Hi,
  I hope someone can help me.  I think I have a penile aneyurism.  The large vein on the topside of my penis has a round very painful enlargement on it.  It is the size of a large bb.  Not quite the size of a pea.  I used to only get it when i had a very strong erection and I would press down on it with my finger for a few seconds and it would go down. However two days ago I woke up and it was there and now it won't go away no matter how hard I press on it.  It is quite painful.  I don't know what it could be.  It first happened about 8 years ago. I went to a urologist about it and he kind of laughed it off as he couldn't see it as I was not erect.  I don't know what to do.  Can someone give me some advice and also what could happen if it bursts?  I am very scared!!
