EKG findings

EKG findings

I had an EKG done recently.  The test was ordered by my psychiatrist as a routine test.  I am on wellbutrin and propranolol for depression/anxiety.  The ekg came back with the following findings (the report stated); "sinus bradycardia and early repolarization, otherwise a normal EKG".
I know it says a normal ekg, but what does the other findings suggest?
I know propranol can slow the heart rate down, but what about early repolarization?
Also I passed out and fainted recently (prior to this test) and just assume it was syncope.  Should I be concern?
I am 37 yo 217lb 5'11 otherwise is good shape.
Should I make an appointment with my PCP asap or wait until my next physical, or is there no need to further investigate this?
Thanks for your help

Early repolarization is a harmless variant, typically found in healthy young males.  Sometimes, this finding is similar to a heart attack when reading an EKG, however given the history, that possibility is less likely.  There is no treatment for this, and no further tests are needed.

You are correct that the propranolol can lead to bradycardia, and if not symptommatic, can also be observed.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
