Gardasil Side Effects

Hi first off I am a 26 year old married female.  Yesterday I went to a new doctor due to a relcoation.  She told me that I am able to recieve the shot Gardasil and proceeded to tell me I would be crazy not to take it, if she could she would be the first in line.  I guess it is my fault for not doing the reseach but I allowed her to give it to me, not knowing anything about it, but trusting her.  Today I have been really tired, have bad dihrrea and nauseaus and just feel "out of it".  Is it normal to have these side effects?  How long do they last?  And when should I be concerned?

Gardasil is normally well tolerated.

However, side effects like diarrhea and nausea is possible, and occurs in less than 5% of cases.  

They should not be chronic, and should dissipate within 1 week.  If they persist, I would discuss it with your personal physician.

I got my first shot without a hitch, but now i got my second shot and i have three kanker sores on my tongue, and odviously i havent eaten much due to that. Are kanker sores a side affect of the shot? This is the first time ive ever gotten a kanker sore so i was wondering if there was a connection.
