Ok, this may sound wierd... but is there such a thing as a female having some kind of 'worms' or pesticide? If so, then I must have whatever it is.  How does that happen? Ummm.. I really dont' want to describe it too much in detail on here, because of the fact that it is so personal.  But if there's a way you can answer my question just by what i've said I'd appreciate it, or if you have any more questions then if you'd email me... that would be even better.  I'm really worried about this and I plan to go to a doctor physically soon.  But just wanted to get an idea of what my problem may be.  I appreciate your time.

Thank you for your question and for visiting the Family Practice Forum. It is certainly possible to have "worms". The most common type of worm family doctors see in private practice is pinworms or threadworms.

Thanks, I called my family doctor that I've been using since I was a little girl, and He isnt' even going to see me.  He is going to just call in the prescription for me, because I did some research online and saw pics and everything and know that that is exactly what i Have. :(  Thank you for your time and help. :)

Ok so im actually a guy in the wrong section but i seem not to find the male section for this problem.
I seem to continually scratch my bottom all the time. I have a scab over it where i've scratched it so much.
I need help to know what it is exactly and how to treat it witout seing my doctor as i don't like telling people about these problems.
