Hysterectomy-C-Section scar

I had a c-section 9 years ago and a hysterectomy 6 years ago. Now I have a hole about the size of a pencil eraser that has shown up on my scar and is bleeding and oozing a substance, and also smells real bad.

Please tell me what I shoud do??

A hole about the size of a pencil eraser on your scar which is bleeding and oozing a substance which smells real bad would be concerning for a bacterial infection called cellulitis, or worse, a closed-off infection called an abscess (walled off so the body can't attack the bacteria).  Go to the ER or an urgent care right away to get antibiotics or to have the abscess incised and drained.
