I need help before I do something to myself.

I need help before I do something to myself.

I am 22 years old ive been experiencing symptoms that are not textbook for what has happened. I had an h.pylori infection, was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Both these things dont cause the symptoms ive been having. All doctors tests come out normal, what could possible be wrong.  I need serious help before I do something to myself. Im 22 years old and a new father and this has caused me to go into big depression. I just want myself to get better please diagnose me. It feels like im on a trip of some kind, thats how my body feels.

Pain and twitching in my muscles.
decreased night vision.
photophobia.
headache..not severe at all but constant
slight tingling in fingers and toes and teeth
cold wet feelings running down toes and feet,
sometimes i overworked my legs at work and I felt the sweat wasl ike extremly cold

I had a thyroid ultrasound done..came out with a nodule.. nodule came out with thyroid cancer...
I just had my thyroidectomy and Im going in for RAI.

The thing about this is the symptoms ive been having are not textbook for thyroid cancer either.
It took me taking antibiotics twice to get rid of the h.pylori infection
and EVEN then I had my gastroendoscopy I had a little bit of gastritis, hiatus hernia and a bit of barrets.
My eyes feel heavy, sometimes burning, I dont get the whole nights sleep, I remember dreams vividly.
I can understand the fatigue and pain as a thyroid problem.
WHAT causes my eye symptoms? decrease in night vision? photophobia? light lingering still in my eyes. like when i look at a object which has more light and i move away it lingers more then usual in my eye. Whats causing the muscle twitching(slight) and the weirdest of them all is whats causin the cool cold liquid feeling in my legs sometimes. Im not going crazy because all this is physical. Also facial pain and jaw pain accompanies the headaches which last from morning till night. Although they are not severe they are annoying.

I cannot diagnose you, as you request, because I have no way of examining you, and don't have access to your tests.  It sounds like you are having a lot of different and unrelated symptoms, which often is often due to depression or anxiety.  If you have spoken with your doctor and have had appropriate testing, and all have shown no other explanation, there is a good chance that at least some of your symptoms are due to depression and anxiety.  Physical symptoms are very common with these illnesses, and it doesn't mean that you are "going crazy".  You need to speak to your doctor about this possibility and treatment options as soon as possible, and if you are having any feelings of harming yourself you must go to the emergency department immediately.

I hope you are feeling better soon.
