I need help researching my condition

I am a twenty five year old female and I have fairly regular nausea punctuated by week-long episodes of unbearable and unrelentless pain, stomach spasming and vomiting.
I have been tested for innumerable diseases and disorders, and I am currently being tested for Hep C, and Lupus.
I have malabsorption in the worst way, (magnesium levels at 0.05).
I've had an upper GI series with a small bowel follow-through...nothing.
Right now I have no answers, I am trying a wheat and gluten free diet, and I'm conducting my own research but it's difficult to find a starting place.
My question is twofold:
First, can you give me the names of some disorders or parasitic infections I might look at. (I've already looked at Crohn's, been tested for H. pylori, and considered Gastro-Paresis)
Second, can you name some powerful antispasmodics or muscle relaxers that I might ask my doctor for? (keeping in mind that I have tried Levbid as both a spot treatment and a longterm treatment to no effect.)
Thank you for your time.

To answer your questions:
1) Some considerations would be gastroparesis (which would be tested with a gastric emptying study), peptic ulcers, GERD, inflammation of the upper digestive tract and malabsoprtion syndromes (such as celiac disease).  I would suggest an upper endoscopy or gastric emptying study to evaluate for these diseases.  You can also consider an abdominal ultrasound or HIDA scan with CCK stimulation to evaluate the gallbaldder and evaluate its function.

2) In addition to Levbid, you may want to consider whether Reglan, Phenergan, Compazine, or Bentyl may help your nausea.  These medications can be discussed with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.

have you been tested for a parasite?  One of our friends, a doctor as a matter of fact, exhausted all resources and I suggested this and it turned out that it was a parasite from a rare fish.  He was better quickly.  God bless you
