I would like your opinion

I am a 36 year old female, I have 2 children-I had my tubes tied. I take 40 mg Prozac and 100 mg of wellbutrin ( for depression) and birth control pills (for hormonal reasons-excess hair)
I feel tired all the time, recently I have been achy, have headaches, and have been having vaginal discharge (brownish color now) 2 weeks ago I bled for 6-7 days Bright red blood. Every day I have been having severe bloating ( like bad gas pains in lower stomach) I am retaining fluid (when I take my socks off I have imprints) I wake up a couple times at night to urinate. I have also been feeling like my heart is racing and need to take extra deep breaths to get extra air (this is only on occasion)
On Thanksgiving day I went to the emergency room at the hospital because my feet were achy and hurt to stand/walk for no apparent reason-they said it was caused by a fever (I had the flu)
The following Monday I calledmy doctor because I was having headaches-the crying kind.
I also had a bad UTI and yeast infection-she gave me medication for both.
My question is: Do you think I need more medical testing and if so what kind? Do you think the bleeding and discharge is still from the infection? My doctor seemed unconcerned but I am kind of scared. I am not a person to run to the doctor and make a big deal about things but I am worried about my health now because of this.
I have always been pretty healthy besides having depression and I have had fibrcystic breasts for about 3 years.

Lets Review your symptoms

1. You are on Prozac and Wellbutrin
2. You have "achiness" and Headaches and Fatigue and vaginal discharge
3. You have edema (leg swelling), and increased urination.
4. You feel your heart is racing]

I have a few thoughts here. Firstly, yes your increased urination could be from a urinary tract infection. However, I would say it is "rare" to have bleeding from a yeast infection. There could be some other pelvic inflammatory infection going on here as well.

I also think you might be anemic (low blood counts).

You need further vaginal cultures (swab), a blood test to check for anemia and an EKG to see what is going on with this "rapid heart beat". The headaches could be due to infection, anemia or possibly the Wellbutrin. I would agree that you may need further tests to figure out exactly what is going on.
