Low Lymphocytes

Low Lymphocytes

I am 42 yo female in great health. Exercise ( run, spin, yoga) 4-5 times a week.. no symptoms of tired, no fevers, no night sweats, appetite great, etc...actually feeling really good...lot's of energy.( been avoiding sugars and stopped caffeine)

History of ulcerative proctitis, treated with Canasa suppositories.

Last week, I had rt lower  side pain, went to gyn, u/s revealed a corpus leuteum cyst that ruptured..felt fine the next day. Had blood work done that day, as well..
Results were all normal excpet the Lymphocytes were 12.2 %( normal is 15-49%) and the lymphocytes absolute were 915.( these were ok normal range is 850-3900).
platelets : 269
wbc : 7.5
rbc: 4.6 and so on..were all within the normal range.. not even a little abnormal, pretty much smack in the middle of the range.

THe only thing is I felt a yeast infection coming on, so she cultured it, and it was...this is my 2nd one in 3 months.. ( only had one other in my life, and that was when I was pregnant)
Treated me with Diflucan, it went away etc...

She doesn't seem bothered by the 2 nd yeast infection...and didn't say anything about the blood work but the lab didn't mark it as abnormal for some reason, even though it is...

I checked my last 2 blood results from past physicals and they were:
11/14 /07 absolute lymph- 1008
% was 16.8

12/16/07 absolute lymph- 1198
% was 18.4

I had 2 blood tests in 2 months because with the first one he was doing it as part of my physical, the lab misplaced my results, so I came in for a repeat...they wound up finding both.

SHould I be worried??? Should I call the MD and tell her that the lab didn't mark the low lymohocytes, but that they are low???

Thanks

not a problem at this level.

we worry more if they're much lower than this, or very elevated
